Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our facility.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Cancellation Charges
A 2% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value to cover payment gateway charges.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, simply email us at support@rionto.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Our team will process it promptly if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
