Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged product
You received the wrong product
If your order qualifies, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
Pickup & Shipping Costs
We offer a free pickup service for eligible return requests.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Rionto — you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for design, color, or size preferences. If your product is defective or incorrect, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons other than defect or incorrect product received.
Products used or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
